Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Power Motion Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller LemonSqueezy.com. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

3. User Roles and Access

We provide several tiers of access to our services:

• Explorer: Limited access to the template library for browsing. No designs are saved.
• Developer: Requires account registration. Includes basic saving and Power Apps formula exports.
• Enterprise Pro & Early Bird: Requires a paid subscription via Lemon Squeezy. Includes unlimited designs and advanced dynamic variable binding.

4. Intellectual Property

The templates provided within the library are the intellectual property of Power Motion Studio. Users are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the exported code within their own applications and commercial projects. Redistribution of the raw templates themselves is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Power Motion Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or performance issues in Power Apps resulting from the use of our exported code.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that disrupts the service.
