Refund & Cancellation

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Enterprise Pro or Early Bird subscription at any time directly through your account settings or via the link provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Your access to PRO features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase:

• Contact our support team at support@powermotion.studio.
• Provide your Lemon Squeezy Order ID (found in your email receipt).
• We will process your refund in full, no questions asked.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

4. Early Bird Policy

The Early Bird tier is a limited-time offer. While the 14-day refund policy applies, please note that once a refund is processed, your Early Bird slot will be released back into the available pool for other developers.
